A small but accomplished architecture studio in the heart of Nottinghamshire J Gaunt Architecture is run by Justin Gaunt BA, MSc.

 

With a history of 10 years within the Architecture and Construction industry, Justin runs his flourishing design business alongside his job as a Construction Project Manager: giving him valuable insight into all facets of the industry from initial conception and planning, to achieving a cost-effective and complete build.

With experience ranging from practical: an Architectural design assistant to Architectural technician and currently a Construction Project Manager. To educational, with a degree in Architectural Studies from De Montfort University and a Master in Project Management (Construction) from Nottingham Trent University. Justin has a passion for responsbile construction. His final master's project was on ways to provide social housing that empowers its residents and community and he encourages sustainable builds that are attainable and suitable for each project.

 

Justin has established a vibrant career within the sector of the built environment and is currently pursuing his chartered status to become a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. 

 

As a designer, Justin specialises in residential projects and commercial conversions with a focus on accessible and affordable renovations to maximise the potential of your home and expand your property portfolio.
